That looks nearly identical to the amazon basic shelves. I have several, not for plants just general storage, and have been very happy with them.

It is indeed the amazon basic rack and honestly it's awesome for this purpose. It's easy to install humidity meters, grow lights and everything.

I prefer black. A little less conspicuous and you can see mites on it easier than chrome. Casters are a godsend as well.
