I would LOVE to put a front opening door on the big corner tank I'm tearing down. Anyone know where I can find instructions on how to make one? I have an exoterra and it looks like the hinges are up in the tracks. There has GOT to be a way I can silicone something to the glass to make a swinging door. Anyone know where I can get some instructions on how to make one?

I think I saw that one, too. I'd really like to install something like a pivot hinge, tho, rather than one long hinge, sorta like the Exoterra. The hinge will last longer. My problem is finding what to set the hinge IN. I should be able to find a hinge at lowes or home depot, but what do I put on the ledge underneath and above? This is going to take some thought. I've got to be able to find SOMETHING, or make something, to get this accomplished...

Hmm, did you ever have it warp on you? What is the clarity over time? Same as glass? I may have to try this, that would be a whole lot easier to work with, and if I make a slight mistake on the dimensions, its an easy and cheap fix...
