Came across this website that seems to be well done and authoritative. If anyone is able to vet this site I'd appreciate that and will leave this post with link for others. If this is not correct I'd be happy to delete this post as inaccurate.

Yes, it is assumed to be more or less accurate. We refer to it often here. Our tinc care sheet (in the care sheet section) has a link to an English translation for those who need it.
