Ranitomeya lamasi lifespan ?

Hello all from France !

I'm planning to get 2 Ranitomeya lamasi that will come with their viv and food as well. They are currently kept by someone I trust, so I don't worry that much about their care.
I've been through the care sheet, here and elsewhere as well, but never found an answer to this question : what is their average lifespan (captive kept, I mean) ?

I think most of the thumbnail species have lifespans around 6-8 years, while the bigger dart species can live well past 10 years...

I had come to the same conclusion from my readings about Thumbnails and bigger frogs but I wondered if this species was different.

i've read both that they're thumbs and that they are not thumbs. hope someone can clear that up. but according to
Ranitomeya lamasi - Reptipedia, the Reptile & Amphibian Wiki
it says 6 years plus, hope this helps

Six to eight years may be typical, but we have both orange and green lamasi that have lived well in excess of ten years...

Six to ten years seems short to me and I've had many Ranitomeya live longer than that. I think if their kept well 10-12 years should be the average and I've had some live in excess of 15 years. In the wild maybe 6-8, but we should be able to do better than that.
