All day yesterday my male leuc was calling like crazy. I watched them for a few minutes before the lights went out and the larger female was following him around. About an hour or so later I found eggs under the hut. I'll remove them today, just want to make sure they are ready to come out. Just hoping to get at least 1 good one. Can't wait...

About mid summer I am going to have to have a ton a ff's cultures going, but thats a good thing!

Re: Awesome news...

Thanks, as always you guys are right there offering to help. :)

I've had very good luck scaling my production up and down as needed, so far. Just trying to get my hydie going again for my larger frogs. I had just kept enough going and not used them for awhile to get the weight down on my azurues and leucs.

Great job Kyle! Don't fret the fruit fly thing too much. If you run into an issue I know where you could pick up some extras. Sarah and I made 80 of them in one sitting over the weekend, so unless something bad happens, I am sure we can help you out.

Yes it does... my male has been calling for months, and the females have been huge for the last 2 months or so. Can't wait to have little leuc froglets again, they were so cool.

Congrats, I know you have been waiting forever for the leucs. That must feel good after all those months! Good work!

Thanks everyone!

Tony,
I did not do anything special, I knew they should be about old enough, but it was hard to tell. I just hope my females play nice with each others eggs. As right now I have 1.2.0 in that tank. I am going to look for another male, or maybe trade some froglets to get some other froglets. Too soon to tell.

Congrats Kyle. I have a 2.1 and a 1.1 both in 10 gallon tanks and nothing but calling. Did you do anything to help them get started. I have been misting VERY heavily and nothing but calling. Any pointers would be appreciated.
