Will this work?

My terribilis were very shy until relatively recently, i am concerned that my planned small change of their tank will disturb them. Therefore, I decided to put them in small containers while i adjust the setup, put them back in in their containers overnight, and let them go in the morning. Will this work? Please reply, thank you.

should be fine, just set up your containers like a QT or shipping container.
