This is the first time I have white leuc eggs developing in the tank. Is it that they are not going to make it in the end or is it because the dad leuc is chocolate?

They have always laid black eggs or eggs that start off white on bottom and black on top but eventually turn all black. This batch is staying white.

It's hard to see from the pictures because they are a little blurry. But, from your description it sounds like they are dead eggs. It happens from time to time and it's nothing major to worry about. They get moldy. It's possible they were never fertilized. I'd hold on to them anyways in case I'm wrong. Good Luck!
