I've seen Clown Tree Frogs (close relative of ebraccatus) offered on here by some of the sponsors and I know there are some people working with both species (clowns and hourglass). Try searching Dendropsophus ebraccatus. This species has been moved from Hyla, so you may gat more results from the new name.
Ed has ebrecatta available from time to time. Mike Novy has ebrecatta and leucophyllatus available usually. I'm not sure if anyone is currently breeding punctata but they come in from Suriname from time to time, I'd check kingsnake for them.
I think ghettopieninja is referring to Ed (screen name) here on dendroboard. I believe he recently posted saying he still has his colonies, but none are available at the moment.
