Thus far, I've been adding once e cultures are room temp. When is the proper time to do so after culturing your FFs? Between adding the water, mixing, adding your surface area, and cooling. Where does the yeast fit in there? Or does it matter? I just didn't want to kill them. I don't think I have thus far, but theres really no way for me to tell if I had..
