i have some aeschynanthus gracilis and a NOID Codonanthe that have both established themselves very well in my mint tank. now i would like to try and induce flowering. i dont have a clue how to do this so some help from the gesneriad guys would be great!

I've been speaking with a fellow who grew Nematanthus and the like commercially for a while, and he used to give them a dry spell to initiate flowering. Not too sure how easy this would be to try in a terribilis tank...

My A gracilis flowered at the same time every year in the greenhouse. I'm trying to remember.... I think it was late Spring. So that tells me it's a seasonal thing for that species.
