Hi I am pretty new to this but I know a few things. I was just wondering if you could give me advice.
I now that I am getting a 20g long tank for bicolors but I don't now what things they like.
I also don't know what kind of lighting I am going to put on the tank. I also don't know how to keep the temp. correctly in a safe range.
Please tell me all that you know and I would be thankful.

They are terrestrial, you need a 65k daylight, the are good mid to low 70's. I suggest you do a thread search, google search, and look @ the care sheet on that Dart.
P. bicolor are perhaps my favorite frogs in my collection. They are not a very arboreal(climbing) species so floor space is your first concern. They do eat a ton! Even compared to other darts. Generally room temps are suitable for darts provided it is humid. This is easily acheived by using a glass pane over the top, saran wrap, tape over a screen top, it can be done in any number of ways, some cheap, some not. External lighting is only required when growing plants, as long as lighting is something you don't rely on for temp control. I hope this starts you off well, if there is anything I can do for you, let me know!

Heres a care sheet on them... http://www.dendroboard.com/forum/care-sheets/13856-phyllobates-terribilis-bicolor-novice.html

I'd suggest a T-5 lighting fixture and a heat mat on the back will probably provide enough heat.

I really don't know anything about bicolors so I can't help you with anything that they like.

Welcome to the hobby and the board!
Well thanks for that quick info. I was also wondering if you knew how to do a set up of the background because I was thinking of doing a clay+kitty litter type thing.
