Well Ive had some experience with darts, I have two auratus four aurotaenia an r. lamasi tad and this summer I'm getting two tincs hopefully citronellas, by that time I will be about a year into frogging. So in the spring/Summer of 2012 I am going to get my second a pair of thumbs(yes I know I plan ahead) maybe two pumilios,if I am going to get them what morph should I get, OR if you guys don't think I'm ready for some pumilios what thumb should I get?
Your thoughts?

i think once i get enough experience im gonna get some pumilio:D
Oh, definitely get some pumilio. Amazing little frogs :D
I personally am enthralled with Ranitomeya right now! I started with Tincs and Auratus, but am planning for more Imi's. Got me a quad of Varaderos this weekend and I couldn't be happier. I have not ventured into Pums yet, but there are some great frogs available. Get what you like, but since you asked...Ranitomeya!

whats the best morph? I was thinking Isla Baki,Escudo,Almirante,Sarapiqui,Mancreek,or Bluejeans
There's not really a "best" morph; it's just whatever you like best. I don't think Isla Baki has been imported or available in the trade ever. Of the others you listed, the almirantes would probably be the easiest, most common and available, and the least expensive so I personally would start off with them or another easy morph and then work up if you want.

What Bryan says is the key here.

Get what you like. Don't get what's popular (unless it's what you like) - don't go for rare or whatever.

Get what YOU like. They key to always enjoying our hobby I believe.
