Just wanted to add a +1 for the Matala. I got the idea from some folks on here and built an 18x18x24 with a corner drainage area that's actually integrated into the design for my R. imitators. So far it's working pretty well! I do partial water changes every month or so to keep things fresh, and have some little water spangles that like it in there. It was just two layers of matala, some fine screen and a lot of silicone. A year later and I've got my first froglet. :) Here are some pics!

Very cool it works out well!. I think it must give youlots of pleasure when you get even froglets

I think it is not that important to create a water area as you have (although it looks awesome). The important thing here is that one can drain water. By assamble some tube while making your viv you can drain it easily. I have some something like that but I don't plan to make a water area as you have.
