I'm currently in the process of setting up my first Viv.
A few questions on ventilation and humidity.
I have an 18x18x24 exoterra I have replaced the mesh with glass one section completely covered, the other section with about an inch and half gap at the front.
Will this be enough to provide ventilation for the plants and will it effect the humidity.

I have a little more ventilation, but I think this will be fine as well. It also depends on the humidity in your room, mine is usually between 55 and 70%.

Just a side note about the plants, I don't think the croton will survive, they seem to be quite prone to root rot when the soil is constantly wet like in a viv.
Furthermore, the ficus benjamina would outgrow the thank quite quick and has an incredibly strong root structure, so it's hard to remove it when you want to.
