My gf works at a health food store and got us a nice big cannister of powdered vitamins, I've heard of people using centrum silver or other human vitamins ground up as a supplement.
Here's a list of what all is in the there per tablespoon:

  • total carbohydrates 5g
    Sugars 4g
    Protein 2g
Vitamin A (100% as Beta Carotenel) 20,000 IU,
Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) 510 mg,
    Vitamin E (as d-Alpha Tocopherol) 390IU,
Thiamin (Vitamin B-1, as Thiamin Mononitrate) 30 mg,
    Riboflavin (Vitamin b-2) 30 mg,
    Niacin (as Niacinamide) 110 mg
Vitamin B-6 (as Pyridoxin HCL ) 30 mg
    Folic Acid (folate) 400 mcg
Vitamin B-12 (as Cobalamin) 30 mcg
    Biotin (as d-Biotin) 30 mcg
Pantothenic Acid (as d-Calcium Pantothenate) 110 mg
Calcium (from Calcium Carbonate, Citrate/Malate) 800 mg
    Iodine (from kelp{Laminara digitata}) 22.5 mcg
Magnesium (from Magnesium Oxide, Citrate) 400 mg
Zinc (from Zinc Oxide) 20 mg
    Selenium (as I-Selenomethionine) 60 mcg
Copper (from copper Gluconate, Citrate) 1 mg
Manganese (from Manganese Citrate) 2 mg
Chromium (from Chromium Aspartate, Polynictinate) 60 mcg
Molybdemum (from Sodium Molybdate) 75 mcg
Potassium (from Potassium Citrate) 99 mg
    Inositol 110 mg
Choline (as Choline Citrate) 110 mg
Citrus Bioflavonoid Complex (50% flavonoids) 100 mg
    Rutin Bioflavonoid Complex 30 mg
Boron (from Boron Amino Acid Chelate) 25 mcg
    Silicon(from Silicon Dioxide) 10 mg

Anything here seem dangerous? I have only been supplementing with mineral + D3 powder and am thinking I should throw some vitamins in also (or at least try adding this to the ff media).

Any suggestions?
