All my darts only get Repashy calcium plus... I rarely (maybe 5 times a year) use vitamin A. And have never used anything else for darts.

I think you're looking for problems that may or may not exist. Only using Repashy calcium plus is an accepted supplement regime for dart frogs. That the pet store was using Repashy calcium plus is a very good thing. Most use repcal or other substandard supplements.
