What are the rules for permits? Like, do I need a permit if I'm selling a few cultures on dendroboard or my own website? Is the permit based on quantity? How do you get a permit? I went to http://www.usda.gov, but I had a hard time finding anything.

I don't think you actually need a permit for the FFs that are in the hobby. I've sold cultures before with no permit, and know a lot of others that do as well. If you are worried about it I'd talk to Erin & Dave of ED's Fly Meat (http://www.edsflymeatinc.com) about it, they are great about giving permit info.
