Thanks. This is pretty similar to Deer Fern Farm's instructions, but they advocate mostly spring mix and endive.

I'm confused about this part of the article as well:

Highly adapted to arid habitats, properly-fed Uromastyx Lizards usually obtain sufficient water from their diet. As a safety measure, the terrarium should be misted twice daily, so that water may be lapped from rocks and other surfaces.

Humidity above 70% can create problems for Uros. Under 35% is ideal.

My Moroccan Uros haven't been eating much since I put them in with my escudos.

Moroccan uromastyx need a temperature gradient of like 85° on the cool end to in the hundreds in the basking area, so either the temps are too high for the escudo or too low for the uromastyx.

Why would you mix two species that don't even live in similar climates? Sorry, but that just seems like bad animal husbandry to me.
