Here's my dilemma. I have no idea what type of dart to put in this new viv. Its been a couple months since I've finished it, so its grown out a lot since these pics were taken. I need some help to make this decision. Its a 25 gallon AGA tank (24x12x20). I want some type of frog thats gonna utilize the space provided by this tank. I've got 5 imitators that are in a temp tank now for another month or so, but I'm not sure if I want to put them in here. Any suggestions??

Go with the Imitators. They utilize vertical. Actually - they explore the whole space.

You'll want to make sure to have some simple type of phylodendron in there, something that has overlapping leaves. They like to hang out on them (and drop eggs there too once in awhile).

If I go with the imitators, should I keep them as a group? I was planning on building two 15 gal vert tanks and split them up when I can figure out their sexes.

Hi have to agree with Scott and Bill. I'd go with the imitators.I have had 3 in the same 20 high vert for about 2 months and just noticed last week a couple of males wrestling. There is plenty of room in there but they still seem to have bumped heads a few times.Neither one is stressed so far.
Just to let you know, I have a pair in a regular 10 g for a few months and they seemed to use the bottom more in that tank. They acted about like auratus so I bet they will be all over your tank.Good luck.
