Collected the first termites of this year! Looks like my frogs are going to dining good for a while!!

No, I do not culture them. I wish I could though. The species I collect are subterranean and are don't seem easy to culture at all. Basically, I trap them in the spring/summer with corrugated cardboard which is placed down into holes I've dug in wooded areas. These holes are covered with plywood panels and covered with leaves to keep unwanted 'guests' out. Todays finding was basically a check to see if they had emerged from the ground yet. I have already placed the cardboard into the holes and will be checking on them in a few weeks.
