Tank labels

Anyone have any links to tank labels or use any?

I've seen some pics of tanks that have labels on them but can't find anything to print out. If I could make something from an Avery label that would be good. Maybe with species names, dates obtained, lineage, etc. A small map of origin maybe, or a pic of the animal. I'm no Excel user or I would try to make one up.

I found this searching around but I don't know how to reproduce it. I think Excel would do it but I don't know how to use it or the format.

Yeah can be as simple or as complicated as you want. There was a guy on here who we copied as far as labels. ours have all the basic info, type of frog, name, where we got them etc... as well as a pic of the frog on the label. Allows people to see whats in there, even if they aren't out and about.

Works great for a home display tank, that way people aren't looking and searching about the tank if they dont see em right away.

I'm not much help with the printed ones, but am curious what type of map people are looking for on the label?
It wouldn't be hard for me to modify the polymer clay ones I make to include a map.
