I was wondering what is the normal water volume for a single tad per rearing cup? I have only done a 10 gal communal pond type before. I will include some pics, but if we sit and think about it, brom axils don't hold a lot, nor film cans, nor pill jars, and yet the frogs deposit there. If the tad was doomed, I doubt the parents would drop them there. The pill jar I recovered my last tad from was about 1-1.5" deep, and very small quarters(considering). If I had not discovered this tad, I have no doubt it would have metamorphed in the viv with no problems. To be honest, I suspect there is a froglet or 2 in the dense leaf litter. A lot of my depositories had broken down egg gell and no tad.

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
