Herptivite and Rep-cal do not contain any preformed vitamin A or carotenoids other than beta carotene. It may take several months or longer for the female to store up enough nutrients to support reproduction again.
If you start supplementing with a supplement that contains several different carotenoids and/or preformed vitamin A then the female will recover more quickly.

It depends on how involved you want your feeding system to be.. if you just want to keep the supplement you use down to one or two then you can keep using Rep-Cal and Herpetivite and just add either Repashy ICB or Superpig to the rotation. If you are willing to add a couple more supplements to the rotation, you can try Dendrocare, Herpetal and/or Nekton Preen.

A number of the older supplements when analyzed by a third party showed a lot of variation between what was listed on the lable both between batches and between brands. This is because they are not regulated in a manner that each batch has to meet the listings on the label. As a result manner people rotate several different supplements through thier feeding schedules to try and avoid any lack in one supplement or another.

The newer supplements like the Dendrocare or Repashy products have not been evaluated by a third party as of yet.
