Hey I've been really researching silicone and I have found that the best is this GE now owned by Momentive rtv-108 is the way to go. Can be found at granger for $8.88 for 10.1 oz

Actual aquarium silicones should all be safe enough. The question is usually pointed more towards this. Which cheaper, non-aquarium silicones can be used?

I use CR Laurence 33S. It is 100% Silicone, FDA and NSF food safe certified.

i use GE silicone I window and door 100% silicone for making my tanks. it has no bio-seal in it that i'm aware of
