I just wanted to share some pics of my pair of vittatus.
You can see the size difference easy. The colors have nothing to do with sex,
as far as I know it is what you feed the tadpoles.



and in this pic of the female is shows the species belly color more.

Well Ben, we got our six from you at the end of September. I'm not sure how old they were when we got them, but if they are old enough and going by your pics, we may need to be getting some males from you. :eek: I just went and checked them out after seeing your pics and it looks like they may all be females. That is if they are old enough to be judging. Great frogs though, absolutely beautiful! Much more so in person.

Thanks everyone,

Shelly, your frogs are about 7 months old I think. The mature at 8 - 12 months. So if you have a male it should be calling by shipping season.

Kyle those frogs are over 2 1/2 years old, may even be 3. They are a smaller frog with the female getting just over an inch long.

I will try and get a froglet versus an adult.
These guys morph out close to the size of my imitator
