So back in January I took receipt of 3 Imitator "Intermedius" and initially placed them in a 20 gal tall vertical conversion. But after noticing 2 of them calling, and sometimes some chasing behavior, I separated one of the males into its own 20 gal tall vertical conversion.

I do not think I have seen the remaining frog call, but the positively identified male in that tank calls frequently. Sometimes the unsexed frog seems to show interest, or at the very least ambivalence. I haven't seen any courting behavior though.

What methods do you guys use to sex females of the species? Any good comparison photos?

Remove one of the remaining two frogs together, see if they call.

Unless you see eggs and courting behaviour, there is no confirming sex IMO. I don't care how fat they look.
