Sexing a Tinctorius New River

I'm in doubt about the sex of this frog, I have an ovate female, but I haven't heard him sing yet. Unfortunately where I live it's very difficult to find dendros, so I'm pairing with an alanis.

Please don't. This hobby does not need people mixing locales just for the fun of it.

Often this is due to legal issues. I understand that the possession of native wildlife species in Brazil is restricted. Is it legal to keep native Dendrobatid species there?

there are exceptional cases, but the laws have been changing, and there are people interested in obtaining authorization. I believe that in a few years a lot of things will change for the better

i agree, unfortunately i lost my male alanis. another option would be to leave the new river him alone, do you think it's more viable?
