If placed in extemely high temperatures the worms will explode and thier limp bodies will stick to the sides of the oven making them easy to get.

Hi,
I just sit down and tear into the chunks of webbing and media and pick them out.I only feed them to my frogs every other day or so.They can make some gluttenous frogs like my bicolors very fat, I have fed them too good before and they didn't even come out to see me the next day
I think the work of getting them out of the media is worth the time especially if your wanting to breed your frogs.
