What now ? Last one was infertile but this one, I saw it move twice!

I would leave it. Let the male drop it off in a canister / bromeliad and then pull it and raise it

Once the frog is fully developped in the future, can I leave him with the parents?

Uakarii are territorial, so adding anything to an established pair isn't a good idea.
