Looking to add my other tanks into my mist system here soon and need some advice.

I currently only have my 75g tank setup for misting, and have the MistKing Basic pump.
Unfortunately my other tanks are on the other side of the room.
The room is ~10x15'

How would you go about running lines to the other tanks?

Also my fitting that use collet locks seem to push out the line over time, while the standard fittings dont. Just switch to all standard fittings?

Thanks

Included is a quick sketch of the room.

Because of the length of the run involved, I'd go straight to Marty. He will be able to tell you exactly what can and can't be done with your pump, or more specifically, head pressure loss over distances.

I still don't have my system up yet because I am still adding tanks. I can say that if I was having a problem with one fitting over another, I would switch them out to ease my worry. My carpet requires very little water to thrive. :D

I can't help but wonder if you just have a bad collet. I ran these same fittings on a pressurized RoDi system driving top off water to a sump for a number of years and never had a leak. Something to consider, anyway.

I could be off with this, but the pressure loss due to horizontal distance is negligible. Like with aquarium pumps, the only major loss of pressure is with height not horizontal distance, and with misting, the number of heads.
