i was wondering what water was best for both my plants and frogs? i also have saltwater reef tanks so i have an ro/di but a person i know in the hobby said ro/di water was too pure and stripped of everything. he told me spring water was best...

was wondering what everyone else uses here and why

If you are comparing a good RO unit with a good DI unit they are pretty much equivalent.
