I want a smaller, 2-foot would be perfect, somewhat cheap grow-light system for sundews (maybe even some bladderwort, who knows). Any recommendations or am I out of luck?

Ive been using Sunblaster High Output T5's on my sundews and pinguicula and love them. They do get a little warm, but depending on the species your growing this wont be a problem. I like them because up to 8 lights can be strung together to use only one plug in.

They come in 2', 3' and 4' lengths. I believe the 2' ones are $25 up here in Canada, and come with plugin, adapter to connect more lights, and reflector.

EDIT: These are the ones I use:

I recently switched to 2 39W High Output T5's and have seen a good increase in plant growth. I was able to pick up a fairly nice fixture/bulbs on ebay. The person I purchased from is topdogsellers. You may want to check them out.
