If i went to get an azureus, but decided i liked the tinctorius powder blue better, would the care be the exact same or would i have to do my research all over again?

Inconceivable. D. t. azureus wins the battle against the 'Powder Blue' morph any day of the week! But at least you're thinking blue...

Both are Tincs, so the care will be essentially the same. The viv you have set, assuming it is well thought out and set up, will be fine for either species. Maximize floor space and culture extra, these big guys eat a lot.

I have both and agree that care is the same. They both require a decent amount of floor space, but will climb a bit. My powders are noticibly larger than my azures, but can't say if that is the norm. I feed mine heidi, flour beetles, bean beetles, pinhead crix, and isos.
