Alot of people seem to be saying that the bigger the viv the better for pums. Are they more likely to breed in a larger viv then a smaller one? Why are larger tanks recomended?

Mine are breeding just fine in 15gal Talls. I've also heard of them breeding well in 10gal standards. I prefer the taller tank as it provides the necessary room to mount the bromeliads I use.

I have my pair in a 10 gallon and they do fine. I have lots of bromeliads, leaf litter, and 2 0z. cups filled with water scattered around the tank.
