Nice Shot! I have a question for you. Would you say that your "cup tree" technique works better than simply laying film canisters around (for general use with thumbs?) Or do you use film canisters in conjunction with the cup tree- canisters for eggs, tree for tad depositing?
I still use film canisters for egg deposition sites. The cup trees are used for tad rearing only, although I would imagine some thumbs like vent or amazonicus would use them for egg laying (under water). I wouldn't say they work better than broms but the do seem to work just as good and it's a lot easier to deal with froglets with the cups.
