I ran out of space in my humidity dome, so I had to keep my two new pothos in a regular plastic bin on it’s own, which I thought would be fine but should have made a vent for airflow. I check back after two days and and see fuzzy white mold on parts of the roots. I’m completely new to plants and have no clue what to do now. I don’t have a clean up crew ready to eat away the mold. The pothos leaves still look healthy but will the mold harm it? can I no longer use the plant? I’m not sure how I could get the mold off, it’s growing throughout the roots.

Also is this brown thing a possibly pest or part of the plant?
