I have one of the in my treelawn, and was just wondering if anybody has ever used leaves from these before. Their leaves are much, much smaller than any other oak i have ever seen, and because they stay on the tree thoughout most of the winter (Ohio) i figured they might hold up longer in a viv than most oak leaves do, as well as look nicer because of their small size.

Any thoughts?

I know better than to use resources from areas where any chemicals may have come in contact with them.. The tree is pesticide, and fertilizer free, we have not used any chemicals on it whatsoever.

Thak you for the concern.
