some people do this, some don't. if you inbreed, overtime you will increase the chances of bad genes being expressed. an example of this in humans is British royalty and hemophilia, or Egyptian royalty and ALL sorts of genetic problems. Some people argue that you should keep lines pure to prevent outbreeding depression (Google it, its tough to explain quickly)and to prevent accidental hybridizing of similarly looking but different morphs.

personally, i look at like dogs - a mutt is generally healthier than a pure bred! (i know part of this is because of selective breeding, but some of it is inbreeding as well!) Meaning... I think you should NOT pair up siblings, try to get a frog of another line.
