Thats fine, but you can add one more to make a trio. Rule of thumb is 5 gallons per frog. I have a 60 gallon and currently have 6 luecs in it. Plus they are great frogs:D

There is no "set in stone" rule of thumb for space requirements... different types frogs require different amounts of space, and it also depends on how well a person is able to make use of space in a tank.
I don't think a tank with a 12x12 footprint is big enough for a pair of leucs. They are mainly a terrestrial species and don't climb nearly as much as they are on or near the ground in my experience. If you got something more horizontal, like a 15 gallon or 20 gallon high, that would be much better and will give you more space for plants, hides, etc. while leaving plenty of floorspace.

when i was in college i lived in a small 420 sf apartment... it was realllly small. Did i survive ... yeah, but I could leave ;) the cash you spend on a fogger etc would be better invested in a larger viv - the small 10g size tanks are ok for pair of thumbs or a grow out tank, but even some would frown on long term for thumbs. Smaller space means less room for error and pollution dissolution - also more stress on animals. I cant back this up w any research (just my gut), but wouldn't be surprised if it makes the difference in the lifespan of a frog by say - 20-50%
