I've had frogs for a few years, but until recently I've always been in an apartment with little/no outdoor space of my own. I am now in a house in the city with a moderately sized back patio. Today I started working on a new tank and have the silicone and background down. Will it be okay to leave on the patio overnight while it cures? Or should I beware of any pests? I assume the fumes will keep any unwanted guests away, but I'd love to hear from anybody who has tried this before.

I cover everything that is going to stay out overnight. Use the cheap .31 mil painters sheeting.

Put it somewhere it can't get wet, then tape or bungee cord a towel over it. The towel breathes, allowing the silicone to cure faster.

There ended up being a storm on the forecast for last night so I just brought it inside. Thanks for the suggestions though, I'll keep them in mind for my next tank build.
