Can anybody tell me what this might be? It's only on this one orchid. It it helps, it has been in a viv with no air motion and probably too damp. The little white thing on the left that sort of looks like it might be a bug is just a tiny piece of sphagnum.

I wouldn't worry too much. It appears to just be on the one leaf that is an older bulb. Give it a bit more air and keep it a bit drier and you'll get it to come around

If it's fuzzy looks like it could be a very young mealy bug colony if it is almost like a powder it is most likely mold. Either way wipe it with alcohol and keep it a little drier (just looking at how wet the moss is). Oh and keep an eye on it...

I did a precautionary bleach dip before I even posted. It does not wipe off. It has no real texture. I almost looks like it has been spray painted white.
