I feed out of my cultures until they completely crash. I'd suspect that the flies out of more dilapidated cultures will be less nutritious though.

Is it ok to still feed from a culture that is 1 month old? It still has flies in it but its looking kind of brown and nasty (i havent been using it). Should i just get rid of these flies or is it ok to use them? Thanks.
