Hello, lovely collection of plants. I have been removing mine from pots and splitting where I can into at least two bins so if one fails, I have backup plants. I find planting in the substrate allows plants to start rooting. Thus, in short order I have multiplied my current plants allowing me to keep some back and use others for vivaria. Make sure you daily feel the sphagnum moss as it can dry quickly. I keep plants that have similar growing conditions together in a bin. Hope that helps.

I kept them too wet at first, the bins don't get much air circulation. I try to open them and wave the lids frequently. I have only had to add water every other week or so. I have a low light and high light bin currently. I really am enjoying them.
