My recommendation is to remove all the moss on top of the substrate and replace it with leaf litter.

Adding to that removing the leaf litter.

Your viv looks pretty but I don't think it's completely suitable for the inhabitants in it's current state.

While, I agree that a heavy layer of leaf litter is the best option for the floor of the tank. You totally have a bunch of hiding places on the floor and seems suitable for its inhabitants to me. It looks good.

Can it be improved? Yeah. Like fishingguy said and build more structure in the tank so the frogs can use the whole volume. Does that make sense?
