Saw this thread looking like it was going nowhere so i decided to do a little research myself. Accorting to the included link,

"The only known predator of the world's most poisonous frog (Phyllobates terribilis) is a snake, Liophis ( Leimadophis ) epinephelus. This snake is resistant to the frog's poison but not immune."

What Eats Poison Arrow Frogs and Why are they Toxic?
