The picture has to already be on the internet, like in the gallery or on a photbucket account... then to post a picture you have to cut and past the picture's URL which is found by right clicking on the picture and then clicking Properties. When posting it should look like

a) make a gallery here http://www.dendroboard.com/coppermine/index.php

b) upload pics into gallery

c) open up picture when uploaded

d) right click picture, go to properties

e) copy URL inbetween the img tags. eg.
