Hopefully, they will float them up on a UPS iceberg today.

Take some pics! Trying to learn plants is even worse than learning PDFs.

dude, it's like trying to learn FRENCH, SPANISH, MADARIN, JAPANESE, KOREAN, RUSSIAN, GERMAN, ITILIAN, and any other language i left out without knowing what any of the english translations!!

The people here who speak fluent plant always amaze me.

What plant is that? Well, it's green, kind of bushy and tall with roundish leaves that kind of hang down.

Sounds like your talking about(orchid wise) a large pleurothallis,or possibly a large scaphosepalum of some sort or maybe juuust maybe phaleanopsis gigantea

I only know pig Latin. One thing I do know, is if I have a question about plants, there is an expert here to help.

I am dying to do an orchid-y viv but I am a-skeered

i was Leary of just doing a planted tank as well. won't be exciting as the PDF's, but it will be a true learning experience IMO. i said that i will convert it into a PDF tank in late October, but if all goes well i will just buy another tank and continue to use it as a grow out tank for the plants.
