Just wanted to hear people's opinion on misting in general and of the purpose of it.Is it necessary to mist that often if humidity stays high for days in a row(no less than 90%)why or why not? what are the purposes of misting besides keeping humidity high?(if any) benefits/pros/cons/side effects/ etc.

(I tried searching for info pertaining to the subject but didn't find anything in regards,figured it would be a good topic,if it needs to be moved to beginners section please do so)
