misters necessary for pumilio?

In order to breed pumilio, do you feel it is necessary to have a mister? I would think hand misting would still stimulate breeding, but would it still allow the tads to morph?

Any knowledge, experience, opinions is appreciated.

I have never used a mister before and have had great luck with pumilio using the hand mister. Egg laying and tad morphing out with no problems. We mist at least 3 times a day.

Hand misters work just as well. I don't use as much ventilation in my vivariums as many others do, so frequent mistings aren't necessary.
What morph? From what I understand, and has already been posted, most do fine with hand misting but I only got sporadic production from my blue jeans until I installed an automatic misting system to help the male keep the eggs moist and flush out the bromeliads frequently with good clean water.
I have successfully bred several types of pumilio and histrionicus all without ever misting the tanks. It is not an absolute necessity.
Never mist? How's the humidity?

Humidity is around 80% at ground level slightly less higher up in the tank. Achieved basically through evaporation of standing water in the tank.
