It is hard to tell from the pictures. Some of them verry well could be amelanistic. The amel tadpoles will be prety much transparent, and you will be able to see bones, blood vessels, and organs through the skin, even from above. Try comparing one of the normal ones side by side with a possible amelanistic one, and the differences should be apparent.
Keep us posted on their progress. Looks interesting.

I have had many R. imitator 'Varadero' tads colored the same and all have morphed the typical color.
